We are looking for a Social Media Administrator who will implement the company's comprehensive social media marketing strategy to increase brand awareness and customer loyalty. The Social Media Administrator will work closely with the team to ensure all social media campaigns align with the overall pet health communication strategy and messaging.

Roles and Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute social media marketing plan (Facebook, Twitter, Google+, YouTube, Pinterest and Instagram) along with Social Media Associate.
    • Develop robust monthly social media content calendar.
    • Create content that aligns with overall marketing campaigns, as outlined by the Creative Marketing Manager and Communications Strategist.
    • Work with Brand Managers and ALT (online) Marketing team to provide social media support for product launches, promos, special campaigns.
  • Track and analyze social media content performance.
  • Perform other assigned duties as may be required in meeting company objectives.
  • Communicate effectively with other departments within the organization and function within a team environment.
Minimum Requirements:

Advanced knowledge and understanding of social media. Including but not limited to: Facebook, Twitter, Pinterest, Google+, YouTube and Instagram. Excellent organizational, interpersonal and communication skills. Ability to multi-task multiple projects. Detail oriented with proven ability to work collaboratively with internal and external teams. Must be computer literate, preferably in a Windows environment with familiarity with Web products. Ability to think independently and must have creative writing/original thinking abilities.
Education and Experience: 

A Bachelor's Degree in Communications, Marketing or Advertising with a minimum of three (3) years' experience in a marketing role. Industry experience in the marketing of animal health, consumer health, nutritional or pharmaceutical industries desired. Animal background is preferred, but not required.
