THE ROLE YOU WILL PLAY: The purpose of this position is to provide principled leadership and support for company growth and improvements while supporting employees to ensure standard operating procedures, GMP’s/SQF and quality programs.  The Plant Supervisor will provide strong leadership, guidance, and direction for all employees within the plant.  Additional responsibilities include managing a work environment that is a 24/7 operation with numerous product changes.

  • Previous supervisory experience – minimally two years.
  • Multi-line production experience in a manufacturing environment and preferably in the dairy industry.
