THE ROLE YOU WILL PLAY:
  • You will handle all aspects of packaging at the Cut & Wrap facility.  
  • Work towards ensuring that production of products meets or exceeds efficiency and company quality standards
  • Strong background with GMP standards.
  • Ability to work with packaging professionals in an efficient manner.

BACKGROUND PROFILE:
  • Ideally, you will be flexible and willing to work 2nd shift and in a rural setting.
  • Prefer previous supervisory/mgmt. experience with the ability to lead and direct others.
  • Experience with multi-line production, preferably in a dairy manufacturing environment would work.
  • Previous background in developing employees regarding skills, abilities, and talents to maximize their value.
  • Hopefully, you have experience with SQF and possess the ability to help educate and work with employees to increase their commitment to the SQF policies and programs in place.
